Terms & Conditions
The hotel check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 1600 hours and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800 hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.

Cancellation Policy
1) FITs reservations if cancelled between 30 days and 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 25% for the entire length of stay.
2) FITs reservations if cancelled between 15 days and 8 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% for the entire length of stay.
3) FITs reservations if cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% for the entire length of stay.

Refund Policy
In case of refund, bank transactions will be deducted above cancellation charges.
In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card
